1. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment via Paypal and Credit/Debit Card.
2. Do I pay for the tax?
Normally, you dont need to pay, we will bear the tax.
Note:please be aware that some countries charge a customs import duty tax. If it happens, please contact us first, we will solve the problems as soon as possible.
3. Can you ship all over the world??
We ship to worldwide. There may be particular locations that require additional information to ship to, however, if such a rare event occurs we will get in touch with you ASAP.
If you are not satisfied with the order, please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 3 days upon receiving your items. If your product arrives in a defective manner, mis-shipped or color error, you are qualified to get a full refund. KISSPROM promise that we will bear all responsibility if it is our fault.
However, if the item is not faulty or it is made accordance with the size you ordered but does not fit, please note that we will Not accept your returned item.
Even if you placed the order by mistake, we can also exchange or modify your order, please note, there may be little fee.
Our mission is to do our best to make all of our customers satisfy.
5. How much will the shipping cost??
We have three shipping methods, UPS, FedEx and DHL. Shipping to UK, US. Canada, Australia and some other countries is free of charge.
Please note: There may be remote area in different countries, our customer service will contact you when we ship the order out.
6. How long is the delivery time?
Usually it takes 12-15 days to process the dresses since the day we give you a confirmation of the custom order. Shipping time is about 2-3 business days. If your order is urgent, our customer service will contact you after you make order.
7.Is your size chart based on UK or USA standard? How is better to order right size?
Our size chart is made on our own, a bit different from UK and US size. You need to check our size chart to choose the right size. You may also refer to our measuring guide to see how to get professional measuring. If you have concerns about the size, we highly suggest you choose the custom size. Please get the professional measurements first and fill in the exact measurements when you place an order.
8. Can i get color swatches to see how the colors looks like?
Sometimes it would be hard to choose the color over a computer screen. You are encouraged to order our fabric swatch to feel the fabric and color in reality. Click to order swatches
9. What if I would like to do some alterations on the dress, adding the straps or changing the back style? Do I need to pay extra?
Yes, usual you may need to pay extra if you require style alterations on the dress, but for the alterations such as add slim straps, add some beads etc. it is free of charge.

10. If I order this dress in a standard size, can i return it if it does not fit???Or if I just do not like it?
A:?If we send wrong or unmatched dress, we will take all responsibility and give you a top solution to your best satisfaction. Butt return without reason is not acceptable. So please measure your body precisely in accords with our website size chart. We offer the Size & Color Guide for your good use. Each dress you order will be made from scratch totally according to your specifications. Our tailors will make the perfect dress for you?:)
11. Do you have real stores? Where can I try the dress on?

12. Can I place my order over the phone?
For the moment, we only accept orders on line. You may complete the payment online with your PayPal account and your rights will be safeguarded by PayPal. You can also pay for your order with your credit card, namely, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express.
13. Can I change the size and color for my dresses after payment?
If you want to change the size or color within 12 hours after payment, please kindly contact us, always we can do the change for you, but if you contact us later than 24 hours, we cant promise we can do the change for you. If you indeed want to change color or size, you may need to place a new order with us.
14. Do you rent dresses?
Sorry we do not rent dresses.
